Banks are slippy & it is wet underfoot but it is fit for play with care Green speeds were measured at 7:00 this morning on the 1st & 17th they averaged 8'-4" The greens are very wet following four days of heavy rain. Please repair any pitchmarks as the greens are particularly soft. Thank you so much for your help with this it makes a huge difference to our surfaces. The Met Office is predicting a greater than 50% chance of rain from 10:00. A high of 17c with winds 11 - 34mph. Blue stakes on the 3rd fairway denoting ongoing drainage works.
